Boy Scouts
General Tour - For all Scout levels.
Scouts will tour Whaley House Museum and discover the Whaley family, local history, and life in the United States during the late 1800s.
Maximum: 20 Scouts; Tour Length: 1 hour.
Fee: $4.00 per Scout (Free for Leaders and Chaperones.)
Girl Scouts
General Tour - For all Scout levels.
Scouts will tour Whaley House Museum and discover the Whaley family, local history, and life in the United States during the late 1800s.
Maximum: 20 Scouts; Tour Length: 1 hour.
Fee: $4.00 per Scout (Free for Leaders and Chaperones.)
Local Lore Tour - Junior Scouts.
In addition to the General Tour, Junior Scouts will explore different architectural styles during a walking tour of the neighborhood surrounding Whaley House Museum; compare past and present maps of Flint, Michigan; and create their own Victorian era newspaper. The tour and activities fulfill activity numbers 1 - 5, 7, and 10 in the Junior Scout Manual. Due to the outdoor portion of tour, Local Lore Tours are only available April through November. Please dress for walking and weather conditions.

Fee: $6.00 per Scout (Free for Leaders and Chaperones.)
Heritage Hunt Tour - Cadette and Senior Scouts.
Scouts will examine the Whaley family and its connections to many of the prominent area families of the 1890s, compare life during the late 1800s to the present, and explore museum careers. Includes a General Tour of Whaley Historical House Museum. This tour fulfills Skill Builders 1, 4, and 6; Technology 3 and 4; and Career Exploration 4 of the Heritage Hunt Interest Project.
Maximum: 20 Scouts; Tour Length: 2 hours.
Fee: $6.00 per Scout (Free for Leaders and Chaperones.)
