50th Anniversary, 70s Night at the WhaleyGet your groove on and celebrate our 50th Anniversary with us! Officially, the WHHM was signed into existence in February 1976, and we'd like to celebrate our first 50 years by paying homage to the decade of outrageous fashion, disco, and the renaissance of historic preservation. Come dressed in your best (or worst) 70s attire and celebrate with us just as we did 50 years ago, and toast to our next 50. This evening includes dancing, themed hors d'oevres, and a cash bar. A year has passed since the untimely demise of Mr. Body, now the suspects, friends, and enemies of the deceased return to the spot of the crime to divvy up his estate. Join our cast of familiar and not so familiar characters for what will prove to be an evening of mystery and *gasp* (another) murder most foul! Will you solve the whos, when's, and what's at this year's Clue experience? Put on your detective hat and join the fun!

Join us for an afternoon of topsy-turvy musical wit in the formal salon! This special salon is an homage to the popular operetta duo W.S Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan who delighted 19th century audiences on both the opera stage and in private parlors alike. Our formal parlor is the perfect venue for such a musical review and we're ever so excited produce this show in collaboration with many local talented performing artists!

This month, the entire house has been given a special holiday treatment by local florists Vogt's, Mary's Bouquet, and MarySam's Gardens. Be sure to add the Whaley Historic House Museum on your holiday checklist! Tours are held by appointment Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm and every 1st and 3rd Saturday we offer open tours from 11am-2pm.
