The Whaley Historic House Museum welcomes you to our second annual Say Farewell to Summer Lawn Party Concert fundraiser! This year, we are partnering with The What’s Up Downtown Project to bring you a fun-filled day of socially-distanced concerts in a variety of locations throughout downtown Flint!
Tickets will be sold to benefit the Whaley Historic House Museum and will provide complimentary drinks before the event at Cafe Rhema and after at Blackstones Smokehouse.
Separate tickets are required for each concert at the WHHM and will be $15 each, with a maximum capacity of 50 seats per event.
11 AM – 1:30 PM: Porch concert at the WHHHM will feature Modestina. Tickets are $15 and available at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/say-farewell-to-summer-lawn-party-porch-concert-featuring-modestina-tickets-117607941519.
2 – 4 PM: Porch concert will feature Bar None. Tickets are $15 and available at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/say-farewell-to-summer-lawn-party-porch-concert-featuring-bar-none-tickets-117611666661.
We welcome back K&M Chuckwagon to provide delicious classic Americana food during this event. There will be a raffle and sales benefiting the Whaley Historic House Museum during this time. Tents and chairs will be provided, meaning that this event will happen rain or shine! In the interest of social distancing, WHHM will be placing the chairs at pre-determined distances from each other and ask that chairs are not moved during this event. In the interest of public safety, we will require masks while you move around, and at the check-in and merchandise tables. However, because we will offer distanced seating, masks may be removed while you are seated.
Parking is available across the street and down the street at the Walker Place parking lot.
